LE ESCHE DEI CAMPIONI
(The champions baits)
|
The SA. GI. P., a company of Romagna which has being present on the market for more than 20 years, has always believed in the research and production of baits for competitions. To better develop the baits quality and effectiveness, the company avails itself of the collaboration and experience of champions such as Gino Soffritti who has been Italian champion of lake trout fishing for four times. Among the most popular baits, both for lake trout fishing and for stream trout fishing, there is the honey moth. That is why we found useful to try this larva. We can firmly affirm that the SA. GI. P.s honey moth is a good bait for many reasons. The colour is an important characteristic. It is of a shining and snow white which makes it very visible. Also the texture is very important: the optimum body compactness makes it long lasting to the bait rotatory movement provoked by fishers to make the biting easier. This characteristic, that really makes the difference in moths, is the result of a particular diet adjusted by SA. GI. P. We asked the formula of this particular diet but we just obtained the silence!

A very important novelty, the result of a company research and of tests in competition waters, is entering the market: it is a new bait and it is very useful for trout fishing. Its name is Spinny and it is a preserved caiman larva that has really surprised us for its effectiveness. Spinny is pale white, it has an elongated shape and thick dimensions so it is well visible by predators and it is very resistant also in running waters. The new bait has the right body thickness and this is an optimum characteristic to keep the baiting and to make the fishing easier. In addition this bait is treated only with food preservatives and colours. In its research SA. GI. P. never forgets mens health and the environment so Spinny is an ecological bait, it is not harmful and this is the reason why its agreed by the FIPSAS competitions. |
